Hello, Welcome to my web site! Allow me to tell you a little bit about my career in real estate here in Bellingham Washington. I am a lifelong resident of Whatcom County, and of course I have seen tremendous changes in the area in last 15 years. While Whatcom  county has grown in population, it has done an incredible job of retaining its small town atmosphere. That is why the Bellingham area is so attractive to people who visit and want to call Whatcom County home! Where else can you go water sking on a lake, kayaking on the Pacific Ocean, and drive to a Ski resort all in the same day!?

When it comes to the task of staying a step ahead of buying and selling Bellingham Real Estate trends, you need someone that has the knowledge of economic and population forcasts for Whatcom County, and can advise you on the most prudent moves to make, maximizing any transaction you are involved in to your benefit.

I have been selling real estate for about seven years and I quickly earned awards and experience by the volume of customers in my first year. In 2001, I was given the John L. Scott "rising star" award, and have been on Chicago Title insurance top producer list for several Quarters in a row, earned my Accredited Buyers Representitive certificate and I am one of the only 4% of Realtors to have earned the E-pro designation. The reason I share this news with my clients is to let them know that experience comes from more than just time, It comes from the amount of transactions, and type of transactions that people are involved in.

After graduating from school, I worked in both customer service and production work for over a decade. I feel that my experience on both sides of the "buying/selling" fence gives me and my customers a better perspective of any transaction I conduct.

I am a member of the National Associations of Realtors. As well as the Whatcom Co. Assoc. of Realtors, earned the ABR (accredited Buyers Representitive) accreditation, as well as an E-pro certification. Throughout my real estate career, I have been active in the Whatcom County Realtor Association, even leading the "pitch it" portion of the weekly meeting for one year. This enabled me to get to know the inner workings of our Assoc. and get to know the people and issues behind the scenes, and also to bring up my buyers and sellers needs to a room full of realtors and affiliates from every office in town, as well as "pitch" my new listings so they get even more exposure.

I am very excited about the future of Whatcom County and look forward to seeing the progress and preservation of this beautiful area of Washington.
